About Conflict Campaign
Conflict Campaign was built by a product leader and a licensed counselor who both spent their careers learning that teams fail because of skill gaps, not character flaws.

Matthew Stublefield
Founder of Fieldway, LLC
Matthew Stublefield is the founder of Fieldway, LLC, where he works with product and engineering leaders to diagnose and fix the organizational problems that slow teams down. With 20+ years in product leadership across multiple industries, he's had the kind of career that teaches you conflict resolution the hard way — a dozen different bosses, teams ranging from 2 to 80, and enough organizational dysfunction to fill a textbook.
That experience led to Conflict Campaign. Matthew brings an evidence-first mindset to the methodology — if the research doesn't support it, it doesn't go in the scenario. His consulting work focuses on the intersection of team dynamics and delivery performance, producing results including 3x productivity improvements and significant reductions in delivery cycle times.

Adam White
Licensed Professional Counselor
Adam White spent 13 years as an electrical engineer in product development, often serving as the bridge between development and manufacturing teams. He resolved cross-functional conflicts, aligned competing priorities, and learned firsthand what happens when teams can't have hard conversations.
That experience pulled him toward working more directly with people. Adam became a Licensed Professional Counselor and has spent seven years helping individuals build emotional intelligence, vulnerability, and resilience — with a focus on how people actually grow and change under pressure.
He's also been running tabletop RPGs for six years and studying their therapeutic applications for three, including completing the Advanced Game Master Workshop through Game to Grow. As lead scenario designer and facilitator for Conflict Campaign, Adam combines engineering precision with clinical insight to build game scenarios that create real interpersonal friction — the kind that pushes teams to practice skills they've been avoiding.
